Q: What information do I need to register for Premium Access? A: You must be Property Owner to register for premium service access. To establish a login account, you must have the following information:

Q: What if my Zip Code or telephone number is not recognized by WebConnect? A: If your Zip Code or telephone number cannot be authenticated, please contact a customer service representative at 330-375-2554 to have it added/changed on your account. |

Q: What methods of payment can I use? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay using a debit card or by creating an e-check (electronic bank draft). Credit and debit card payments are limited to $250 maximum. |

APUB uses the strongest type of encryption level available to make your personal information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.
